The nine-field form.
The first thing a homeowner sees is a form asking for their address, roof type and budget. Before you've told them who you are. They close the tab and ring the next roofer.
Our websites have driven $17 million in revenue for our clients. We build every page around one job: getting a homeowner to pick up the phone and ask a New Zealand roofing company for a quote.
Payless Roofing · our rebuild
Most roofing websites in New Zealand were built by a mate, a template, or an agency that also does cafés and law firms. They look fine. They just don't make anyone call.
The first thing a homeowner sees is a form asking for their address, roof type and budget. Before you've told them who you are. They close the tab and ring the next roofer.
You do membrane, long-run and re-roofs, but the headline says you do everything, so Google and the homeowner both assume you specialise in nothing.
The homeowner is looking at a corrugated iron roof in Papakura. Your hero image is a Colorado chalet. Trust drops before they scroll.
Ten years trading, 900 jobs, a 4.8 rating, a workmanship guarantee. All true. All sitting under a wall of text nobody reads on a phone.
Every one of these costs you real jobs. A re-roof in Auckland is $20,000 to $40,000. One lost enquiry a week is a crew standing around in winter.
See how four NZ roofers fixed theirsMost web designers build a site that looks nice and hope it works. We build every page around what makes a homeowner call: the headline, the proof, the phone number and the form. Our websites have driven $17 million in revenue for our clients.
They read the headline, check the reviews, look for a guarantee, then look for a phone number. In that order. Our pages are built in that order.
Fast, tracked, and structured so a Google Ads campaign can send traffic to it the week it goes live. Most agencies build a brochure and leave you to work out the rest.
No cafés, no accountants. The copy, the service pages, the photography brief and the FAQ are all written for roofing, by people who know what a re-roof is worth.
Four roofing company websites, before and after. Each one went from a site that described the business to a site that sells it.
Was: a general roofing site with a big form fighting the headline.
Now: Auckland's membrane and flat-roof specialists, with awards and guarantees before the form.

Was: a decent service list with no reason to pick them.
Now: a complete roofing offer, finance options and reviews above the fold, quote form in the first screen.

Was: a Wix site opening with nine form fields.
Now: location-led headline, accreditations and a 10-year guarantee next to the call button.

Was: a flat brochure with a buried CTA.
Now: a premium trade brand that supports premium pricing.
See the full comparisonEvery roofing website we build includes a positioning headline, a service page for each roofing service you sell, proof blocks, a project gallery, a short quote form with click-to-call, service-area pages, tracking, and a build that loads in under two seconds on a phone. You own all of it.
"Auckland long-run re-roofing specialists" beats "Quality roofing services" every time.
Re-roofing, repairs, membrane, long-run and metal, gutters and spouting, commercial. Each one can rank and each one can take ads.
Google rating, years trading, jobs completed, guarantee and accreditations (LBP, RANZ, supplier warranties) in the first screen.
Name, phone, suburb, what's wrong with the roof. Four fields. The rest you ask on the phone.
Sticky on mobile, repeated after every section, tracked so you know which page made the phone ring.
We brief your crew on the six photos that sell a roof. No stock shingles.
North Shore, West Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, wherever your crews go. Written, not duplicated.
Pulled from your Google profile, named, with the job type.
Static build, no bloated theme, proper titles, schema and sitemap from day one. Under two seconds on 4G.
Every site ships with a landing page template for Google Ads, so you, or your ads agency, can run campaigns to it immediately.
Hosting, domain and the site files are yours. No lock-in, no hostage situation if you ever leave.
You have a site and it's not pulling its weight. We keep what works (your domain, your rankings, your photos), fix the positioning, rebuild the pages, and redirect every old URL so you don't lose Google traffic. Most redesigns are the better option if you've been trading more than two years.
You're starting a roofing company, splitting off from a partner, or your current site is on a platform that can't be saved. We start from positioning and build the whole thing. You'll have a site that looks like a 20-year-old business on launch day.
Not sure which? Send us your current site and we'll tell you in the free review.
No 12-week agency timelines. We've built enough roofing sites to know the shape of yours before the first call.
Typical build
5 working days for a launch site.
2 to 3 weeks for a full multi-service site.
What you do, what you want more of (re-roofs, repairs, commercial), where your crews work, what's broken on the current site.
We write the headline and the page list first. You approve the words before anyone touches design.
Home page design in your colours, with real copy, not lorem ipsum. One round of changes.
Every page built, tested on a phone, forms and call tracking wired up. You click through a staging link.
Domain pointed, redirects live, Google Search Console submitted. You get a short video showing you how to see enquiries and edit the basics.
Our launch site is NZD $2,500 + GST, fixed and published. A full multi-service site is a fixed quote, agreed on a 20-minute call. Both include copy, design, build, tracking and launch.
One re-roof covers it. At a $30,000 re-roof and 30% margin, one extra job pays for the site with change left over.

Karl Bagshaw Owner, Modern Roofing (Auckland) “Very professional team and great communication. They set up my website and run my marketing campaigns. Very happy with performance and reports.”
Ben Pearce Director, Roof Doctor (Tauranga) “Responsive, highly competent and delivered great results. You guys have done a tremendous job for my business!”
James Logan Managing Director, CRS Roofing (now Roof Buddy) Our launch site is NZD $2,500 + GST, fixed, including copy, design, build and launch. A full multi-service site is a fixed quote agreed after a 20-minute call. For comparison, a DIY template runs $20 to $40 a month and converts poorly, freelancers charge $1,500 to $4,000, and generalist agencies charge $5,000 to $15,000 and rarely understand roofing.
See the full roofing website cost breakdownA launch site is typically live within 5 working days of receiving your photos and logo. A full site with six to ten pages takes 2 to 3 weeks. The slowest part is always collecting photos, so we send a photo checklist on day one.
Yes. We work only with roofing companies: residential and commercial, re-roofing, repairs, membrane, long-run, tile and metal. We don't build sites for other trades, and we turn down work that isn't roofing.
It will be built to rank: one page per service, a page per service area, proper titles, schema markup, a sitemap, fast load times and Search Console set up at launch. Ranking also depends on your Google Business Profile, reviews and competition in your area. We'll be honest about that on the call. For guaranteed volume, that's what Google Ads is for.
Yes, and for most roofers trading more than two years it's the better option. We keep your domain and anything that already ranks, rebuild the pages, and set up redirects so you don't lose traffic in the switch.
See four roofing website redesigns, before and afterYes. The domain, the hosting account, the files and the content are yours. There's no monthly "licence" and nothing we can switch off if you decide to move on.
Your logo, your Google review link, a list of the services you actually want more of, the areas your crews cover, and roof photos from real jobs (we send a checklist of the six shots that matter). Roughly an hour of your time across the project.
Every site ships ads-ready: fast, tracked, with a landing page template and call tracking already wired in. We can run the campaigns for you, or you can use the site with any agency.
Yes. We work with roofing companies in Australia, Canada and the US as well as New Zealand. The build process is the same; the service pages and spelling change.
A landing page is a single page built for one job, usually to receive Google Ads traffic for one service in one area, like "re-roofing Auckland". It has one headline, proof, and a form, and nothing else to click. If you run or plan to run ads, you need at least one. Every site we build includes the template.
See what's included in every roofing websiteSend us your current site. Within two working days you'll get a short recorded video walking through what's costing you enquiries and what we'd change, whether you work with us or not. If you don't have a site yet, tell us that and we'll send a launch-site plan instead.
